Dealing with automation of restaurant business, repairing computers, writing computer programs, etc., I often face the same problem - answering the same users’ questions. It is both hard work and waste of time. That’s why I decided to start this project. Its idea is to collect all the users’ issues and problems on the site and describe the ways of solving them. Simultaneously I’m going to put different inquiry information and educate users in different areas of information technology.
