Let's start installing joomla. First you need to either download the latest stable version of Joomla at Joomla site or download Joomla 1.7.3 Rus using a direct link. Unpack the archive and put the contents of the folder on your hosting ftp folder public_html. For your convenience you may use FileZilla.
